Refund Policy

1. Digital product notice

Seller Daily is a digital productivity tool accessed through a license key. Because digital license keys can be delivered and activated quickly, refund eligibility may be limited.

2. Authorized purchase required

Refund support is available only for purchases made through selected Etsy shops authorized by Belajar Ekspor. Purchases from unauthorized sellers may not be eligible for support.

3. When a refund may be considered

• Duplicate payment for the same license purchase.
• Technical activation failure that cannot be resolved by support.
• License key delivery issue confirmed by the authorized seller.

4. When a refund may not be available

• The license key has already been delivered and successfully activated.
• The buyer changed their mind after receiving access.
• The buyer purchased from an unauthorized or unlisted seller.
• The issue is caused by misuse, sharing, resale, or violation of the Terms of Use.

5. How to request support

If you believe there is a license or activation issue, please contact support and include your Etsy order details, license key information, and a clear description of the problem.

6. Applicable law

This policy does not limit any rights that may apply under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
